Choose from three of our signature hot pot dishes: refreshing yellowtail shabu-shabu, rich and flavorful pork and soy milk shabu-shabu, or savory offal hot pot.

4. Mentaiko Dashi Roll

A popular dish that goes perfectly with drinks, featuring fluffy eggs soaked in a rich broth and topped with spicy mentaiko (spicy cod roe).

5. Fried chicken and fried burdock root

A satisfying assortment of fried foods, featuring juicy young chicken and fragrant, crunchy burdock root, all deep-fried to a crisp.

6. Finishing touches for the hot pot (rice porridge/udon noodles/Chinese noodles)
